From our blenders

The perfect cup, four steps

Boil first

One cup of water per cup of tea. Bring it to a rolling boil before anything else goes in.

A spoon per cup

Add a heaped teaspoon of Ajman Tea for every cup — plus one for the pot if you like it strong.

Milk, then sugar

Pour the milk in while it boils and hold it there two minutes. Sugar goes in last, off the heat.

Strain high

Strain from a height. That is what builds the head of foam on top of a properly made cup.
